Nancy Fischer graduated from SUNY Delhi with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 1982. She then completed an externship at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine Small Animal Clinic.

Nancy began her career at the North Fork Animal Hospital in 1977 as a student kennel worker and joined the team full time in 1982 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She loves the variety of animals we see and is quite fond of spicy cats.

Nancy’s outside activities include being a volunteer EMT with her local fire department, gardening, reading, bird watching and rooting for the NY Yankees.

Family members include her wife Cara, her son Ben, and 3 dogs and 3 cats.
